We would like to believe the campaign promises of our politicians. As we have all found out, we can’t, however there are ways to hold their feet to the fire.
Janice Daniels, outspoken activist, talk show host and former mayor of Troy
is working on a project called “Constitutional Guidelines for Effective Government” designed to hold elected officials accountable to their campaign promises and motivate them to maintain the conservative voting record we were promised! Enjoy an evening with like minded conservatives as we explore with Janice the techniques she has developed for holding to our state and national legislators accountable to you! the ones who put them in office. You won’t want to miss this innovative talk!

We will get an update on the Prop 1 Initiative fight at the ballot box and what can be done to ensure it’s failure, and Senator Pat Colbeck will join us to tell talk the replacement bills being proposed. ... read more

Big Turnout at Prop 1 Event

They explained what was contained in the May 5th ballot proposal. While several legislators, Mike Kowall, Klint Kesto and Mike McCready, were asked to join us to explain why they voted in favor of putting prop 1 up for a special election May 5th, their offices told us none were available to attend.  We also invited several groups who support the initiative, however, not one representative of their position was able to join us. ... read more
